One week to go

I performed at Liberty Tree Tavern on Friday night (the former Quoffer’s), a set of five songs. I was expecting a few more, so my energy curve was too subtle, and I finished with Wagon Wheel. Got to see old friends and had a good time.

One negative thing about Granny’s is how quickly bread will mold. I lost 3/4 of a loaf. Bleeh.

Speedo has really taking a liking to me, wanting pets all the time, anxious to see me, hanging out with me in Granny’s. She’s just always so happy to see me.

I could stay a few extra days, but I have things to do in Brenham, and some prep needs to be done for the water heater, a good sweeping under the bed, and more. So best if the place is vacant a few days before Richard and Edith arrive.
