BlueBell Strawberry Cheesecake is back!!!!!
Posted on Saturday, March 3rd, 2018 at 1:24 pmJust bought my first tub of BlueBell Strawberry Cheesecake since the shutdown. Ahhhhh. Found room in the freezer without thawing anything. It was tricky, but… Fibber McGee’s Freezer. I have ample goods already moved to the fridge that made it possible. (Ribs, pork loin, ground chuck, chicken, etc.)

Made a bacon cheese burger last night, and I will repeat the feat tonight. I was planning it for the end of the release project. but it turned out that I’m not that close, and the ground chuck was already thawed. Not complaining. I’ll just do a ribeye to celebrate.

Saw the first bluebonnets of the year today. Cherry laurels are starting to blossom with a vengeance. Redbuds are dotting the landscape. Many of the lawns in town have already been mowed. Forecast shows nothing near freezing for the next two weeks. Spring is indubitably in gear.

Waiting for the last of the content in the CD release project. Might not have any work to do today. But that’s okay. I can be lazy.

High kudos from the producers of Vince’s CD (and the label agents) for the two slideshows I cranked out. It’s nice when people are happy to pay you. They like the website, too. So all that effort achieved what it was supposed to do. And it makes updating so much easier. Win/win.
