End of day 2: 63 down, 17 to go.  Procrastination, like karma, even for good reason, is a β!†©#.  Fortunately, I am well overstocked in DVD blanks, cases, and labels.  But I am tired.  At least the third day is a half day and not a full one.  I’ll make it.  The catch-all hard drive has lots of available space on it now.  Hardest part is doing without the main browser during the burns for the sake of RAM usage.

Cooked the third batch of sausage gravy today.  Tonight will be the chicken and broccoli alfredo, when it cools down.  Then the milk will get used up on time.  No shortage of food to eat.

I used the dentures to eat a ham, egg, and cheddar sandwich.  The teeth work well, but the gums are still a bit on the sore side where the extractions were made.  Adhesive will help, once I get the brushes to clean them.  I ordered the brushes from Amazon to get free shipping for the laptop battery.  I could have gotten then locally a week ago, but I couldn’t think of anything else as the shipping balance item.  Just as well, I’m not quite ready to use them, though the dentures work quite well.  Sharp little suckers.  Got pastrami, smoked turkey, gouda, baby swiss, and provolone as an incentive for future sandwiches.  Until then, I’ve got plenty to eat.

Feels good to be on my own time and feeling up to making use of it.  Between work, medication side effects, medical procedures, and other people making use of my time, it’s good to finally be in the clear.  The last 12 months have been an ordeal.  I’m happy to see some free time that I can call my own.
