Eastward

I’m not fully recovered from the food poisoning, the gut is still tender in places.  But I am eating small amounts and heading in the right direction.  It will be nice when I get it all flushed from the system.  Then I’ll be able to sleep for longer periods of time.  It will help to get back to a full kitchen where I can pick and choose the foods I eat.

I’ve done my plumbing duties here.  I cured the stench from the drain and stopped the tub leak.  So I’m leaving Granny’s in better shape than I found it.

Today is the day I roll back east.  Not much left to pack, just trying to make sure that I don’t leave anything behind.  I wonder how Myka will react to my return.  I know Speedo will miss me.  She has gotten quite attached to me during my stay here.  But I am anxious to see my own monster again.
