Back from Spring Fling. It was another good one, despite the power outage, rain, and cold wind that came with the cold front’s passing. Lots of the usual sanity offering joviality, music, and food. Lots of R&R to follow. Already put in a solid 9 hours of sleep in the first 10 hours back.


Not much energy in reserve, but I need to unload the truck. Taking care of the essentials at first in the 50°F morning, waiting for the 70s of the afternoon to continue. Not that I took that much with me.

Managed to get the truck emptied before noon. Wasn’t something that my body appreciated, but that was to be expected. Far more ice left over than I have room to freeze.


Need to make a quick store run, but not until my legs feel up to it.
