Ado Ackley Avoc and Sketti

The avocado is still good, which means that I’ll be making pork loin eggs ackley (w/ bell pepper) tonight. Got the ground chuck separated and two bags (2.0 & 1.5 lb.) in the freezer. 2.0 bag is in the fridge for spaghetti sauce.

Just below 50°F outside, been hanging around there for quite a few hours. Moderate winds. Denim shirt weather.

Gas station had lost their card reader connection, so I didn’t bother topping off. I’ll wait until it warms a little. I can fill up on the next block over, same price.

Weekend’s here. Not exactly hyped up about it. Just another night. I have a little work to do.
