I like the burger press. Weigh the ground chuck on the digital scale (parchment paper divider), load the base, use the piston with a twisting pressure to fill all cracks and press into a whole, then pop out, place on the paper, and fold. Quarter pound burger, without the fuss of coming up with other recipes for the remainder of the chuck.
