Second day

The initial volley has been expended. Orders made, bills paid, store run raid. The dust of the mad money rush settles.

Now it’s sitting around, trying to figure out how to wash the truck with the curb occupied. Solution, get it unoccupied. But it’s too late today to start washing, tomorrow morning will be soon enough to address that.

Lunch was a chicken salad sandwich. Dinner will be the last of the TLT cornbread dressing. The rest of the German chocolate cake will be dessert.

Pretty uneventful day, lots of sleeping. Trash bins back in place. The Egee got polished.

I went to the store for snickerdoodles. I discovered soft snickerdoodles cheap at the grocery on my run last night, plus they were on sale ($1). So after demolishing the package, I went back and grabbed multiple packages.

So now I’m settled in for the evening. And I have snickerdoodles for a while. Who needs pie?
